Player reported: Rule broken: intentional ramming / blocking

Proof:Today at around 18:30 a player named Ivor rammed me 2 times and i've got a few pics, on 1 ram i have only 1 pic but when he rammed me 2nd time i've taken 4 pictures so you can clearly see he rammed me and going to me, and i was no moving and my engine was turned off. Pics:

Not only David was rammed. I've been rammed too.

That Imgur album proves very little. You cant ram while stationary on a bike (like in album, you werent moving). However moving, (like in video) you can.
