Hi !
First of all, This is not about dropping all house prices ! Also I'm not the only one who want this.
Recently, some of us were talking about houses and their prices until someone came across with a question "Why HappyLand costs so much ?" And then later on why some other also costs so much ?
Well According to CT's Logic of house prices; House Price = 4 x N ;where N= Number of Slots.
But take a look at current house prices :-

I know these houses either have Gates,Helipad,Parking for boats, or all of 'em. But still a 5 slot costing more than a 8 slots ? Makes no sense at all !
Apparently the actually House Price (excluding gate and all) is 4 x 5 = 20M But due to A Gate, A Helipad and a parking for boats, it costs 60M.
Now lets calculate the costs of Gate,Helipad, etc: 60-20 = 40M
Now a stand alone value of each of 'em = 3x = 40M => x = ~13.333M or Around 13M.
I'd rather prefer to own another 4 slot for 15m instead of paying 13M and apparently 40M for all of 'em which is like 2x of the actual House Price.
The same thing goes with Konali's house.
TL:DR ? All I (we) want is to make House Prices more reasonable. No-one would like to pay more than the actually price of house on gates and stuff
Hope you'll understand :)
The price for Happyland seems fine to me. It's in a unique place with a dock, helipad, and a gate.

From what I've heard, earlier it used to be around 40-50M, which is kind of more reasonable !
4 X # of slots
+ $$$ if it has a gate
+ $$$ if it has a helipad
+ $$$ if it has a dock
so a normal 4 slot house is 15,000,000 according to the picture, if it has a helipad, dock or gate (or some other unique item), it bumps the price up significantly.

The house price suggestion is more appropiate since, well the topics are exactly the same. You're adding to the suggestion.
As Hobo said, the houses have extra features which bring a high price (rightfully so!) such as gates, helipads, docks etc maybe more in future.
If the commodity of something is low, naturally the prices are high. Try buying a comic book that has 500 issues vs one that has 500,000 issues. This is what's known as "Supply & Demand".
As i said, if you want to post in a more appropriate topic so its nice and organised for when im next coding, that'd be great. If you don't want to pay high amounts for stuff.... don't! Nobody is forcing you to.

We could merge the topics.
