Making fines be payable if you go to a police station and be able to turn yourself in, This is especially useful for when no-one wants to reclass and there are no players playing as police, Yes i know what your thinking "This could make police lose millions worth of dollars and possibly stop people from getting arrested" not true most players will be to lazy to go to a police station to pay off fines which means there will still be fines to be collected and people to be arrested...
Respawning/Reclassing is impossible if you havent payed up to a certain amount of fines and no-one wants to go cop so you can continue with your work... Please keep this in mind and tell me what you think.
