Sup
I recently had a problem with my laptop's hard drive (and now I have a 1TB, yay) and I had to reinstall Windows 8 on a new one, I was wondering what you guys would recommend me to do: update to 8.1, or just keep it as on 8.0? I'm honestly not having any problems with 8.0 like I used to have (thanks dobby for helping me with that shit) and I am using less RAM now that all the extra useless shit is off.
What would be the benefits(if any) of updating to 8.1?
Read these articles and you might find your answer. http://www.theguardian.com/technology/askjack/2013/dec/06/windows-windows-8

Update.
I agree with Hobo. Update. Last time i checked 8.0 isnt supported anymore.
Windows 8.1 is a 'service pack'-like update and as such Microsoft will remove support for Windows 8 installations that are not updated to 8.1 soon (Oct 2015, or Jan 2016, depends on the source you look at).
While you still get security updates for Windows 8 you're probably not getting many new hotfixes which just fix bugs that remain from release. Plus you can't upgrade to Windows 10 without first updating to 8.1.
