Im searching for following thing from this video:(I know the enb is privat, but i want one that looks nerly like this)
-ENB(should work witz win 8.1)
-cars
-effects
-texturen
-weapons
-icons
-nearly all from the video :D

Cant you just download an ENB and then change the config to look like in the vid?
If i would know how :3
And also the ground effects dont work for me...i dont know why
