What actually was happening:
I was driving a truck in Garcia , San Fierro , was to get off to go to driving a bus and suddenly notice that says you are banned appears, I do not use hack or cheat , fair play , please fix my account

But it says in the screenshot, "ban reason: ban evading". Why did you say speed hack?

If you think ban is unfair, Sebastian (you) must appeal the ban for speed hack.

I cannot unban you while Sebastian is banned for speed hack.
