First time admin muted him,but second time not,so i search warn/ban for nelson pop

1st picture:
"If i'll fucking hit you, 3 spitals will refuse you." (it doesn't make any sense in english, neither in romanian)

I wouldnt have formally punished for this, and since the first screenshot/insult makes no sense, nothing i can do really.
I will verbally warn Nelson to respect players at all times.
