hey guys i just installed gta iv on my pc i went to change the graphics and i cant it saying exceeded data or something i have a gigabyte r9 270x 4g oc if u can help i will be happy tia

Steam > GTAIV > Properties > Launch options = '-norestrictions -nomemrestrict'
