The time zone in where i live is GMT+5.30 .Usually during gameplay i watch the time in /timestamp as it isn't possible to see my time in /time as it allows only whole numbers like GMT+5 or 6.

I am just asking Is it possible to see my correct time ? and if not Can scripters add it please

There are very few timezone that don't use whole numbers, so I reckon when mick added it, he didn't bother. Maybe suggest this or bug report, and see what scripters can do.
