I'm sorry for post, but I wanted to mention that he car jacked me.
He is actually in the nabs' club so if the carjack is available to attempt while both of u in the same club and jacking the club's or a club member's car, then he isn't cheating.

Its still against the rules. Theres very little i can do, because if this is true, its a bug not cheats. Should be tested and reported.
