well my problem is i installed mods and some of the mods are all like grey and others are fine then i removed the mods but the vehicles still remained grey then i reinstalled the game and installed it back again and they are still grey! neeed help please

Those textures are missing. You messed up your "/models/generic/vehicle.txd" file somehow. (those textures are (should be) in that file)

edit: nevermind, I'm sleepy. That file is fine. It looks like you're not installing the txd files which came with the mods.

damn i reinstalled the game twice, removed all mods twice replaced the gta3.img twice and not installed any mods but the cars are still grey and when installed the mods i add txd and the dff file of the mod.

But it looks like those textures missing. The same thing happens if you remove a texture image from a txd file. What do you use to install these mods?

but few weeks ago i tryed to install something called ivh or something like that and since that some of the vehicles went nuts but i reinstalled the game and removed everything that had something to do with that but some of the cars are still grey

For testing, try Modloader. It's an asi mod, with that you only have to copy the dff and txd files into the modloader folder (create a seperate folder for each vehicle inside modloader folder and put the dff and txd files into those subfolders) and the game will load those files.

I'm saying try to load the mods with modloader, instead of putting them in gta3.img.

i solved it :D the damn problem that it was saying idk premier.DFF and it should be premier.dff
very stupid of me :D
