What actually was happening:So what is the reason that i was banned for ban evading , thats what i dont understand .
There is my old ban appeal and there The Sandman unbanned me .

I confirm that all above information is true and I am aware that posting false information in ban appeal will result in my ban being extended.
Ethan you had even taken the time to look at Florins profile, you would see that hes banned for evading, not being annoying, i dont know what you're doing half the time.
Florin, you got caught spamming on another account, (this is a different situation) therefore the ban on that account transfers over to your main account. You cannot make new accounts to break rules without repercussions. Rejected, serve your 7 day ban.
