Proof:Today Volvo460, who was the leader of my club Superstars, deleted and banned some people from my club because he was sure our club will not get a base. He told me he will quit the club and I told him OK. But I cant understand why he had to delete other people from the club. He had no reason for it! Now instead of 33 members I have only 19 because of him. I didnt give him the leader function for doing things like this...

Who you promote to leader of your club is your responsibility. There is nothing we can do about this.
Try unbanning those players and asking them to reapply.
