What actually was happening:
Ok offended him. I should not do it. But this guy does not give me peace! I say to him that I do not want to be friend with him. And the next day when he sees me in the game, still doing the same thing. He irritated me, bore me, and by it got banned.
Can I be unbanned please?

If he's sick or whatever happens with him is not a reason to have fun about him, or if you don't want to be contacted by him then please /report him so admins can handle it. Do not disrespect other players.
