Sometimes i get those strange things appear on my screen, they appear only random and also at WC etc. Does anyone know why i have this problem?

It's probly your video card, had the same problem while clocking (it also happened before my old video card died).

EDIT: Lol I didn't even notice that object on the road, I suggest you to download a original data folder :P

I never changed a thing about SA, and never installed any mods so thats what makes it so strange

Other games are working fine? Because I'm 97% sure it's your video card.

First thing to suggest is to re-install the game.

before that, I would suggest to see if you have an update to your graphics driver. then if not or if you do and install it and that doesnt go away then do dubby's suggestion
