Title: change the minimum score to sending money from 10 to 25-50

it could be a great adjustment, cuz this way noobs can farm less or not at all. And rookies wouldnt be scammed so often and loose all they're money to scammers.

Nope. It's fine the way it is. If you/other people get scammed, you should consider writing a report about the player, and next time don't borrow your money to rookies.
