It's on Game Time, you can just put it in your library, install it whenever you like and play it whenever you like, the time countdown will start when you first hit 'Play'. 168 hours of gametime. :)

So the game isn't free forever? after you pass 168 hours it is required to be bought?

You're basically renting the game for a week. Whether you play it or not, time runs out. After a week you simply can't play it anymore unless you buy it.

so it is more like a waste of time with my internet i need 2 days to download and all just for one week  :dislike:

But the time starts counting down after the first time you hit the Play button.
