I like the beach and bay part but remove the gate and fences.. it doesnt fit the area at all.

It's two world object, (they're not in the object browser) cen_bit_04 and n_bit_09. (they're huge objects, not just what you circled.)

if you took out the fence and made it more into a tropical island.. that would be awesome... see if you can make a cave.. (thats a challenge)
