Title: Add the new roadwork to /mapinfo

The title pretty much says it all ^^. It would be nice if the new roadwork in Robada Intersection was added to /mapinfo

It will be in /mapinfo soon. The map's directory was causing server crash so it has been temporarily removed from server.
