Proof:I didn't have fines. I just was suspected to be overloaded. This person got into my way fast and I couldn't manage to dodge him.

He was kicked earlier during the day for reckless driving, and not doing police duty. Theres no way this can be an accident, he drove straight in front of you to make you stop.
