i just downloaded gta iv, installed it and when i launch it says end of license ...

and i can't accept terms..
someone can help me ?

Keep scrolling down until you reach end of licence agreement and then you can accept the terms

Did you purchase this via steam or a cd key website or retail copy ?

Its not end of license.
Its end user license= you. You agree not to shoot down planes that you think are cargo planes, tell kids in russia that gay people exist and other 'agreements'.

Scroll to the bottom of the agreement, and click Accept. Playstation Network does the same thing.
