i was reading the rules of the game and i noticed the word 'fariming' im asking what does it mean?

Farming refers to actions you may perform to burst your account money, score or stats like using a second account to unlock an achievement and then send back the money to your main account, getting a friend to help you unlock police achievement, and other multiples cases.
