Might need more proof of this, but i doubt there will be any. Maybe Stteve can tell his side of the story? Otherwise, theres notihng i can do, if he saw you on the wrong side of the road, he's allowed to fine you manually.
If I'm not the type of player who checks his Minimap to see others around, It could be an accident, 151 km/h in a heavy van "Securicar" can destroy your Roadtrain, and you have no reason to be in the wrong side. So what do would you prefer, an accident?? please. Then if something else could happen, then it's STAFF fault. and this is no a scamming for your information.
