He insulted admin after he was jailed, then received a warning. The admin went AFK to go on forum, and he insulted again twice.

Also non-english in cb 19 if that counts.

GEO_MEX has been banned: continuous insulting/disrespective behavior simply because of his past history and hasnt seemed to learn anything
