Found a cool mod that fixes the horrible shadows, if anyone wants then I can later find a link if it :)

Btw, this mod has 2 settings, low and high. I suggest using the low settings since high is kinda buggy (for me at least)

Ugh, i hate mods and stuff that i need to activate/have running when i run SA :L
let me just say that the shadows are epic and this mod somehow made my neons start to work right

It makes only car shadows smooth right? Because the pole shadows are still very sharp on the pictures.
