Yes, it is. This is first time when I install X-Fire on this Windows so..

As it appears here (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/vsnetsetup/archive/2012/10/16/setup-exe-is-not-a-valid-win32-application.aspx), it seems it may not be compatible with the windows version you are running. The thingy says that if you are running lower than Vista, then it may not be compatible because of the way it was compiled. You might find luck by going to xfire and clicking the download the old xfire client link under download xfire. (I set up the picture to download the old xfire. Just click it)
