Player reported: Rule broken: insulting

Proof:So, this guy has been insulting him after i arested him yesterday (22th May). He was saying that's he's going to report me because I rammed him (he was colored red) although it is not illegal to ram in that situation. He started with insulting yet again today and i wasn't even near him.

I cant really punish for this, no names are used. I would only a kick in this situation personally.
