Wouldn't it be easier to just ban guys who are spamming instead of removing shoutbox? If I remember, you guys had a rule that was if you broke another rule you'd get a 14d ban.

This is what i do, i dont know why it removed anyway.
Ill reinstate it, and ban the offending users.
