Title: Convoytrucking breaking international laws
Post by: Barney_Ross on March 17, 2014, 11:02
UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

Article 19.

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

So, now i advice admins and modetators to be really carefull when you delete post from compliments topic with out making any report of it anywhere.

Secondly, there is two admins inside this forum who rule whole server and forum with deleting topics where they are involved, you should not be involved with topic where someone one is making compliment of you, here you break International human rights and server rules. In 2014 WORLD people should be free to say what they want to, with out one person intervene that!

Playing/being here is a privilege, not a right.

http://www.ohchr.org/en/professionalinterest/pages/ccpr.aspx
Article 19

1. Everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference.

2. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice.

3. The exercise of the rights provided for in paragraph 2 of this article carries with it special duties and responsibilities. It may therefore be subject to certain restrictions, but these shall only be such as are provided by law and are necessary:

(a) For respect of the rights or reputations of others;

(b) For the protection of national security or of public order (ordre public), or of public health or morals.

"hold opinions" means have an opinion - as in not being brainwashed into thinking Kim Jong-Un is the best guy in the world. Expressing/imparting those opinions is covered by paragraph 2 which in turn is restricted by paragraph 3.

Your move.

It's true what you said here I heard sometimes about it, but it was not about insulting it was when someone was a danger for other people.

But why did you make this topic?
What post is deleted? I mean everything has a reason why it was removed.
Also everything has 2 sides, and most times only 1 of them will be happy with it.
Don't think about why your topic/reply was removed, think about how you can post it again so admins/mods don't have a reason to remove it. (If they do then they will have a problem O0)

And since when is everybody against Barney? If you don't agree with him, give him a good reason why you don't agree.
Nobody here is stupid (you can only call yourself stupid because you never know the full story of someone else)
