Player reported:

Rule broken: exploiting bugs
Date and time: 14/2/1014 16:45 EST (GMT -5)

Proof:
He was holding the toll open which we have never allowed. Players have always been at the very least fined for this. I reported him 3 times in-game as he did it at least 3 times. No action was taken. He is also using a police vehicle so opening the toll costs no money to him.

Ive personally never seen a problem with this, ive never fined or anything for it. Me in the convoy or not.

I assumed he would've seen the open report, but apparently not. The screenshot is also gone from the report too.

it got lost among all the other report I see.. I tend to look at the first couple and if its locked, I dont touch it..
as for this one, I've never fined or kicked for holding it open (to my recollection) and there have been plenty of times Hobo has held it open for other people so I dont know why hes reporting it
