I want to know that if i loan someone and i have proof,pics,chatlog. everything that he will return my money. And after some days if he refuses to return my money.
Admins will not take any action ?

Thats scamming and if i report him for that will something happen or not.


It would be great if an admin can explain it.

If you are scammed it's your problem.Admins can't do anything.
Rules was updated last time in May 09, 2011, 03:01 and some of them needs a little changing.

Players should start loan money because 1st of February is comming.

Its exactly what you said. We wont do anything about it, it is too much time and pressure on us to choose the best for the situation, every situation is different when it comes to these things.
You need to trust and believe that the person you loan money to will pay you back.
We are admins yes, we are here to help you yes, but we have decided that we lo longer want to be responsible for cleaning up this kind of mess.

This rule does not count for competitions/awards, where if you win something, they are still required to give it to you.
This onyl goes for money loans/paybacks. :)
