Convoy Trucking

Sometimes when players are getting muted, and there's no admins on server, they have to wait, until admin will join the game or relog. How about this:
- SPAM -> mute (1 min)
- SPAM again -> mute (5 min)
- SPAM again -> kick or ban

But no, it should be 1 min, 5 min, forever (while logged in).

Or just relog, it takes 30 seconds out of your game time, and sometimes players get muted for good reasons, they shouldnt get unmuted.

there has to be something that prevents the unmute if muted by staff, this auto thing would be only for the auto mute from chatting
