Just noticed this, refreshed a few times. It's still there for me. Cropped the image since there's the staff section in the unedited img.

Its neither lol. When you quote someone, you can change the subject of your post, (not the topics). So thats how it displays on the rest of the forum. :)

So that can't be fixed so this cant happen again?
This doesn't need to be fixed unless it's caused by forum.
Look above my message, you can set it to something you want, or remove it completely (as sandie showed).
