i just replaced the fan and i get 70 to 80 degrees on my gpu how bad is that
No it doesn't seem that temp is a good thing. Clean it, clean your case. Get some airflow to it. Also make sure each fan works. The fans connected/Heatsink on there ok?
Its clean and fan is new working :(
i got two of the same cards and the one i got now is at 40c :(

Yeah, that's a problem. My GTX 650 never went over 66°C (About 150°F) when I was mining DogeCoins with it. (Meaning I was using it at full force).
Try using HWMonitor (http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html) to see if it gives you a different temperature.
Make sure all your fans are spinning. Clear out any dust. If nothing helps try returning it, there could be something wrong with it. It shouldn't be running that hot at idle.
