Yeah, lately admins at the forum added some childboards we don't really need. (especially in off topic). I am not raging about them or anything similar. But why don't we add a childboard which will actually improve CT.
Add it under 'Members'. We already have 'Compliments' childboard but why don't we have 'Criticize' Childboard? It will be really helpful.
Why? Because everyone want to be complimented, none want to be criticized. Add it, same rules will apply there
Flame war = Remove of replies
Insulting = forum warn/ban
Off topic = remove of replies.

Because its not needed, if you want to criticize them, use their PM. Otherwise the board will only be used for attacking staff members for everytime they make a decision, and/or make a mistake. It wont be constructive criticism.
It will be like, when you get warned for something you dont think is punishable, yet our guidelines say it is. People will come straight to the board just to complain, and not use the correct complaint section.
I wont lock this, i want to see if anyone else has the same POV as you. I would personally be willing to give it a try, but at any/first sign of abuse/unconstructive complaints i woudl be deleting the board within the next minute.
So. u can talk about staff or everyone ?
If we add that then I can post about how much this suggestion sucks, and how much Shake abuses me. :like:

What do you mean by criticism? Minor but not "abusing" stuff like "bad attitude" etc? I don't think a board should be allocated for that.
I see this type of board as something that will end up with either things that should be in problems & complaints or people bitching about their punishments (which should be in problems & complaints).
Give me examples (don't have to name anyone).

As some staff will thing they r just bitching them. If they didnt help him one time u will post a negative comment.
So it will not help them in improving...

Most of those are eligible to be posted in problems & complaints board. It's not serious abuse but staff are expected to be helpful to entire server and be professional about it, and really should be seen as friendly reminders and not complaints.
Having said that, don't go overboard with the (amount of) topics you make. Usually it's sufficient to tell them in-person but if it's persistent consider creating a complaint.

And of course. I make complaint about someone, he dislikes it, he locks it. I have no power to do anything.
Although staff fails atm. There shouldn't be a new childoard for this, we all know that the people who post there will get forum warns. But not in this community and this server because in the past 3 years i only have seen a handfull of players that actually can make constructive posts against staff. Take Rubber or ThomaKirkman.
I dont think staff deserves accusations or critics without any proof and being targeted once more. And brane, if you have crictics against a staff member, you should indeed make a topic or an admin inbox topic, and if your complaints are valid/constructive and with proof it will always be taken seriously.

The Compliments board is there to promote positive attitude, pretty much like Facebook only has likes, not dislikes. If you need to critisize someone, you will probably want to do this in Report section.

This idea came on my mind after several posts by moderators at the forum. Okay, I'll take pictures and send them to you through admin inbox. I know it's not a big deal but as you always were teaching me 'With every word you say, it's word of CT. So don't say bad things'. (In your words sounds better, but this is the point).
