Hey all, I have searched for a similar topic that could answer my question, but I haven't found any, thus I am posting my own. I cannot see the Shoebox, is it disabled or is my browser just screwed up?

No such shoebox exists. If you're just playing stupid in an official section of the forum, and you are talking about the shoutbox, (NOT SHOEBOX FFS), its been disabled until further notice.
