Title: A Wider Variety/Expansion of Chat System

So currently, there's private messaging and CBs.

What about adding a local-area chat system that isn't broadcast on your CB channel, but only to players around you who are not in vehicles. For example, if everyone meets up @ a gas station they could exit their vehicles and chat amongst themselves without clogging up the CB19 or using whatever CB channel they may be on.

Code removed. The base for proxdectector comes with the samp server package. It really isn't that hard to make.

You would still be able to use CBs, however you'd have to add a "/" command to preface the CB text.

No, use a cb. This is not a roleplay server.
