Title: Forum Mobile Site Suggestion
Post by: Corvette on October 09, 2013, 19:33
Well, with Mick's release of the Official Convoy Trucking app for Android ( :like: ) I would like to suggest maybe a Mobile version of the forums, I'm not sure if there are apps for it cause well, I don't use apps like that very much but I'd like to view the forums without the problem of it being the full sized mobile version of the site via the browser. I have Android 4.0.2 (ICS).

Unless theme creator / a theme modder wants to make the theme responsive (i.e. scales to fit on all devices), it cannot be done without forcing users into a mobile-only theme which in itself could break a lot of functionality.

Of course Josy understands what the hell I'm trying to suggest..
Its just a pain to zoom in and out and all that what nots just to check the forum on the go. What about a forum app? Like proboards has but specially for CT?

Forum works fine since update 4.1.2 android.
Since i could use the type more easy and edit my posts also on mobile.

btw it's toooo much work to make a app.
I can deal with ct forum on my phone,
I don't see any point of using it anymore though

But the site my girl gave you must work perfectly also on your mobile.

At any point did I say "It doesn't work"? No, It works, I'm just saying exactly what Joshy explained, A Mobile version that was the correct size for a phone screen, Less bullcrap that there is on the Desktop version, But better then the WAP2 version.

Now, I'm locking this cause it just keeps getting spammed with posts unrelated.
