Hello! Well, both vehicles cannot be found in Blueberry's Truck shop, because you get them completing achievements.
If you complete achievement but you dont have enought slots, if you lose your house because you miss trying to buy other house, if you weren't interested in those vehicles when achievement was done but several months you regret about it... It's a shame losing the chance of having those trucks :(
So, I suggest Dumper and Duneride trucks were available to buy in Blueberry after achievemnt is done.

They are sold at Special Vehicle Dealer, also in Blueberry, AFTER you unlock the achievements.
