Could be some mobile view integrated into the forums? I see the wap2 link at the bottom, but it's not working. I think its not really needed as it displays fine as it is.. Atleast on me.
Why bother with WAP its old technology and as most people these days have smartphones which has a firefox or other proper browser..

I'll add Tapatalk support to forum, the app for it is not free however but it's the only recognised app from what I can see... Although at the moment it's on offer for £0.64 so you should get it now if possible.

Other than that, I can't really recommend anything since in order to make a mobile version of forum, I can edit the forum theme to include responsive media queries however it will force all mobile users to the mobile version so I can't do that.

So with the exception of Tapatalk, I'm going to reject this suggestion with the alternative of either using the WAP2 version of forum (it's nasty since it's built for mobiles with a keypad).
