GUYS, I watched this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjNUyRj0aKI
and I tryed to install mod on sultan like Dobby told me.
I did exactly like this guy in video, but it shows me this when I start SAMP

AND I TRYED TO delete all gta sa, and folders in my documents. I deleted folders in my documents but when I try to delete gta sa folder it show me this :

So what I'm gonna to do ? I can't UNISTALL GTA by Control Panel, cause when I donwloaded it, I only need to extract it to some folder, so I don't have it in control panel... Some suggestions ? :D
