hey guys..i've download gta 2.0 and when i try to play online it goes to the game...doesn't go online...sorry for my bad english :P

you have to install SAMP client in order to connect and play online...
go here: http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php (http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php) get the install and if you do have version 2, you need a downgrader patch with a link on the download page given

Yes, SAMP only works with V1.
