Since i started to learn to use ZModeler, i have started to mod a Hotring A. Here is what i "achieved" so far:

What i did:
- Changed the engine to make a blower
- Added a grid in the front
- Changed the exhausts, moved to the back instead of side
This is very basic of course no need to hear some sarcastic comments i know it is not any special yet.
Nice work on all of it :D im not a fan of the roobar or blower, but the exhausts are nice :)
go vinny! i like the blower ;)
nice one dude, looks like a Mad Max Nascar
Epic
so we can ask you to help us with mods now??
Nice Job Vinny . Maybe you could tutor me on how you add the parts ..

You need to import a jetmax to zmodeler and erase everything except the engine, then export it to the same name (jetmax.dff) then import it to your current project.

You don't have to like it. The important thing is that Vinny did this pretty much entirely on his own. He learned how to use ZModeler to fulfill his wishes. That's more than you can say....anyway, congrats Vinny!
Good work :)) but the spoiler does not fit on it....
Vinny, imo it looks better without spoiler, it seems out of place ;)

You probably messed up the matrix/node of the element. So the tiny dot with the arrows... check it to get all the three arrows looking in the same direction as the base element. You can move/rotate/mirror only the matrix/node of it to the right direction, or you can attach the element to the chassic and problem solved (because then the exhaust won't have own matrix/node).

Lol Vinny, I told you to be careful with attaching parts. You MUST have them attached to a part of the car. It really doesn't matter what you attach it to as long as it's part of the car. Looking good.

You don't have to attach to the chassic if you fix the element node... When I make a car mod, I don't attach anything to the chassic, I even cut the chassic to multiple parts when forming it, and testing the car with multiple chassic elements, and other elements seperated too. And everything looks nicely. (I attach the parts together only before I release the mod)
Update:
[imgur]http://imgur.com/a/Tf9wQ#0[/imgur]
- Changed the rambar/grid in the front (need to adjust and retexture it)
- Put a smaller spoiler
- Fixed the exhaust pipes (not finished yet)
That looks awesome! Sick job for a first mod vinny!

thats just a paintjob I made of a hotring mod
No that's the point I want to keep the original shape of the hotring A because I love it I just edited the front a bit. Later I might edit another hotring to make it closer to a real NASCAR
the one I showed is for the # 40 COORS light dodge nascar mod
I like the wheels. :like:
