Am i allowed to advertise my Teamspeak info on the billboards or club details for ppl to join and talk to for the members that join my club

no, you are not allowed to do that... if you would like to let people know about your individual team speak and the IP, you can make a topic in off topic about it but YOU MUST ask people to reply if they want it and YOU MUST give it to them in a PM
no ifs, ands, or any other excuses
