I have problems with my SAMP/GTA, it keeps freezing from time to time randomly and it becomes annoying. I understood that a streamfix will help this issue, can anyone help me with this since i never used mods or anything related before.

Try to reinstall the game :) .

I will pm you a torrent that has all the files without installing it.
So you could try to replace your gta3.iso with mine.

If you have a really shitty videocard this may happen, when iCEnhancer didn't like my streamfix, I had to uninstall most of my mods till it was borderline, and my game would freeze when I went to heavily populated areas like eyre, if what Zwart said doesn't work I might have something that will
