i have a script with is like the elm from cleo but its a script you can add to the server, you can use it by doing /flash . then the head lights start flashing (only front) and they stay fashing even when you get out of the car, its pretty much the same just not a mod, it doesn't like you drive when your out of fuel ect. and you can set it to cars you only want it to work on, so if i try using it in a truck it will say "you are not in a cop car" or what ever, its a very good script and has no bugs
