thats probably a vegetation mod, you would need to search for one and then get ENB to work like that

Samp removes most of vegetation like cactus in bone county and grass everywhere else. I belive its impossible to get them without using ...... Because samp uses its own settings. It can be bypassed but i wont tell how, Its simple

Its included into the Vegetation mod pack.
Anyways it only works with single player. Like Hax said samp disabled grass and random trees from single player to make client to be more smoother.

You need to download both packs and install them using some IMG editor.

Reinstall again the vegetation mod. you missed some files. Also that happens if you install roads after install vegetation.
