Convoy Trucking

I saw a conversation ingame recently mentioning that visual cleo mods, like first person view, or gta iv lights weren't allowed.
I understand some cleo mods like ones that let you spawn weapons or alter gameplay in general aren't allowed, but why would visual ones that only you see be forbidden?
I'm posting this topic to get my doubts cleared. Are they really allowed or not?

Who ever told you that is incorrect . Cleo is allowed to some extent . Mods that give an unfair advantage over players are NOT allowed .

Alright thank you, this cleared my doubts. I just found the fact that they wouldn't allow cleo visual mods surprising.

You also can't use any visual cleo mods that other players can see as well (e.g. ELM)

Elm is not allowed because if you have your car with empty fuel tank and turn on the elm you can drive it, bug abuse = 180 days ban

Thats the only reason why its not allowed in this server and many more..

Oh yea there's that, but it's also because other players can see it, but I admit your reason is the bigger reason it isn't allowed
