Can anybody teach me how to mod???

One can not simply learn to mod.
My modding do you mean installing mods or creating them? That link you have Dobby is just for TXD Workshop, which i have just for installing txd mods (E.g. HQLM) if you want to create/edit mods, zmod would be the thing to use I would think
