The game don't respond when i go in Vice City Island, she crash me.

Try uninstalling all mods, go back and see if you crash again. If you dont, its your mods. If you do then it must be your pc... or maybe your samp/san andreas game itself.

I had the same problem, and the problem is that you install and unistall a lot of mods. I solved this problem reintalling GTA and SAMP. Try reinstalling, i solved my problem (that it was the same that you) doing that.
